Provides support as a member of the Customer Service & E-Commerce team to include assisting customers during the check-out process, performing all cash register functions, bagging groceries, and working at the customer service desk. Works to maintain attractive customer service displays and support the Whole Foods Market Customer Service vision. All Whole Foods Market Retail jobs require ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times. All positions must be performed in accordance with team and store Standard Operating Procedures. Customer Service & E-Commerce Team Members must be prepared and able to perform the duties inherent in other Team Member job descriptions, including but not limited to assigned shopper tasks within the Customer Service & E-Commerce Team. All positions must strive to support WFM core values and goals, promote national, company programs and initiatives, and ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations including Food Safety and regulatory duties required in the department.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
• May require use of ladders.

The wage range for this position is $21.00-$29.73 Hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits". New entry level Team Members who successfully complete their first 90-days of employment and who remain actively employed in an eligible role, may be eligible for a base rate increase after their 90-day anniversary.
