Responsibilities shall include serving as an advisor to 711 HPW/RHB Branch Chiefs and reporting to their respective Branch Chief on all administrative and personnel matters within the branch.

  • Shall review, evaluate, analyze, and implement higher headquarter guidance in support of the organizational mission.
  • Shall strategically and proactively manage data and update information retrieved from varied sources.
  • Shall assist the Government in performing a variety of executive-level administrative tasks, in support of the day-to-day oversight and management of the 711 HPW/RHB Division, by maintaining files, spreadsheets and briefings, preparing various types of documentation, tracking Division suspense's, scheduling Division meetings, managing Division TDY requests and coordination, supporting meetings held by the Chief (with some requiring preparation of briefing materials, and taking notes/minutes from the meeting), and other within scope activities as required by the Chief.
  • Shall provide data entry, retrieval and management support while providing assistance to program and technical staff.
  • Shall assist with 711 HPW/RHB's management and technical expertise support for Share Point.
  • Shall type routine correspondence and reports, using a personal computer, and operate office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, scanner. Ideally, the contractor should be familiar with the normal operations of video teleconferencing equipment.
  • Shall answer the telephone, screen callers, maintain schedules for the Division and Branch Chiefs and the Division Chief's immediate reports, and relay messages and greet visitors.
Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Shall possess a minimum of an Associate's degree.
  • Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of administrative support expertise.
  • Shall be proficient in all standard Microsoft Office computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Shall have the knowledge and ability to maintain sites in Share Point for the Division. Shall also be able to resolve questions, consult, and track down information on Share Point.
  • Shall possess extensive organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Shall have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place with their company based on the potential access to confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information. The NDA shall be provided to the Government Program Manager by start of performance.

  • Administrative support experience in a Department of Defense environment
