Job description

Description

KlariVis is a data intelligence platform built by former bankers for financial institutions. We are passionate about solving the data and AI conundrum in the banking industry. We believe that the strength of our company lies in the strength of our people, and we are looking for empowered individuals to join our team.

The Marketing Programs Specialist runs the day-to-day execution within the marketing department: campaigns get built and sent, posts get scheduled, leads get routed, and the reporting gets done. The work spans email, social, events, campaigns, and marketing operations across the core KlariVis brand.

KlariVis is an AI-first company, and this role is built to work that way, using generative AI tools daily to move faster while keeping brand voice and accuracy under human review. Because the marketing team is small, this person owns the execution layer of the entire function, with meaningful surface area to own and grow early.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Email and automation: Build, QA, and send campaigns and nurture cadences in HubSpot from brief to deployment; keep lists, segments, and lifecycle stages clean; run A/B tests and report what worked; manage the send calendar; and protect deliverability throughout.
  • Social: Own the content calendar across LinkedIn and secondary channels; schedule and publish; adapt the content lead's material into channel-native posts; track followers; and manage community response, working hand in hand with the Content Marketing Manager, who creates social content for the executive team.
  • Events and field marketing: Assist the Events Coordinator with logistics for conferences, trade shows, and webinars; own webinar execution end to end, from registration pages and reminder sequences through day-of production and follow-up; and run pre- and post-event promotion, making sure attendees have accurate information on KlariVis as needed.
  • Integrated campaigns: Execute multi-channel campaigns against the plan and maintain the shared calendar so email, social, events, and web all line up; build and QA landing pages and forms wired to the CRM; keep tracking and UTM hygiene tight; repurpose core content into channel-specific assets across the funnel; and keep the asset library organized so the team reuses what exists.
  • Marketing operations: Handle day-to-day hygiene across HubSpot and Salesforce, including data integrity, lead routing, and clean hand-off to sales; build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports; and run project management in Monday.com so concurrent programs stay on schedule.
  • Website and SEO: Publish and update pages, blog posts, and resources in the CMS with clean formatting, links, and layout; maintain on-page SEO fundamentals such as metadata, alt text, and internal linking; monitor organic performance; and manage the gated resource library and the conversion paths that feed the CRM.
  • Working AI-first: Use generative AI tools every day to draft and repurpose copy across channels, build reusable prompts and workflows for recurring tasks, and compress the repetitive parts of campaign production and reporting, directing the tools and checking their output so brand voice and accuracy stay under human review.

KlariVis is headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia.

KlariVis offers a competitive compensation package including salary, medical, dental, HSA health benefits, 401(k) match, and flexible time off.

NOTE:  Applicants must be currently based and authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. KlariVis does not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years running marketing execution in a B2B or SaaS environment, in a coordinator, specialist, operations, or campaign role.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience: building emails, workflows, lists, and reports.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM, ideally Salesforce, with genuine ease around data hygiene and reporting.
  • Strong project management; you keep several programs moving at once without losing track, and you like it that way.
  • Clear, on-brand writing for email and social, with the sense to adapt tone to a professional banking audience.
  • Self-sufficient in Canva for everyday asset creation.
  • Fluency and curiosity with generative AI tools and already working in an AI-first way; you do not need to be an engineer.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and social scheduling tools.
  • Landing-page and form-building experience.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe suite and virtual event platforms such as Zoom.
  • Video editing or basic multimedia production for repurposing webinar and event content.
