Assistant Superintendent

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Team to support the day-to-day field operations of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Superintendent with daily management of jobsite operations.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Support project scheduling and help maintain project milestones.
  • Conduct regular site walks to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Help identify and resolve field issues before they impact project progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, photographs, and field logs.
  • Participate in subcontractor coordination meetings and project planning sessions.
  • Verify work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards.
  • Assist with punch list completion and project closeout activities.
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and fellow team members.

Qualifications
