Construction Superintendent - Data Center Construction | Direct Hire | Meridian, MS | $90,000-$125,000


Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and mission-critical/data center construction projects in Meridian, MS.

Specializing in data center interior solutions, our client delivers hot and cold aisle containment, raised access flooring, high-density ceilings, specialty interior systems, maintenance services, and consulting/testing for some of North America's most advanced mission-critical facilities.

This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced field leader who excels at managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and delivering quality work safely and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion
  • Supervise Assistant Superintendents, foremen, field crews, and subcontractors
  • Manage project schedules, manpower, and site logistics
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, QA/QC, and Safety teams
  • Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and production tracking
  • Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project turnover


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction field experience
  • 3+ years as a Construction Superintendent
  • OSHA 30 Certification required
  • Experience with commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
