Job description

Concierge Program Medical Assistant
Where Five-Star Hospitality Meets Five-Star Healthcare
MyCare Medical – Concierge Division | Full-Time

Ready to Make Every Patient Feel Like a VIP?
Imagine a healthcare experience so seamless, so warm, and so personalized that patients leave saying, "I've never felt this taken care of before." That's the experience you'll create every single day as a Concierge Program Medical Assistant at MyCare Concierge.
This isn't your typical MA role. We're blending clinical excellence with Ritz-Carlton-level hospitality — and we need someone who genuinely lights up at the chance to anticipate a patient's needs before they even ask. If you love making people feel valued, respected, and cared for, and you bring solid clinical skills to the table, this is your stage.
What Your Day Looks Like
You'll Be the Heart of the Patient Experience
  • Welcome every single patient like they're the most important person walking through the door — because to you, they are.
  • Anticipate needs before they're spoken. A blanket before they ask. A status update before they wonder. A follow-up call before they have to chase one down.
  • Guide patients through forms, history updates, and visit prep with warmth, patience, and discretion.
  • Keep things moving with urgency and grace — patients should always feel informed, never forgotten.
  • Turn every phone call and follow-up touchpoint into a moment of genuine connection and reassurance.
  • Champion programs like "Call Us First," so patients always know exactly where to turn.
You'll Also Bring Real Clinical Skill to the Team
  • Partner closely with physicians, providers, pharmacists, and specialists to keep care coordinated and on time.
  • Take vitals, vision screenings, and patient histories accurately in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
  • Perform EKGs, spirometry, venipuncture, skin punctures, strep screens, glucometer checks, and lab work.
  • Support providers during exams, injections, wound care, minor procedures, and more — all within your scope.
  • Relay provider orders, prep requisitions, process pharmacy requests, and flag urgent results immediately.
  • Stay on top of daily charting, labs, prescriptions, and follow-ups for your assigned provider.

You'll Help Set the Standard for Clinic Excellence
  • Keep exam rooms, labs, and shared spaces spotless, stocked, and guest-ready.
  • Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control protocols without exception.
  • Answer the phone like it's the most important call of the day — because to that patient, it is.
  • Protect patient privacy with the discretion and professionalism it deserves.
  • Jump in to support other clinic locations with the same concierge-level energy.
  • Keep growing — through training, coaching, and feedback that sharpens both your clinical and hospitality skills.

What You Bring
  • Medical Assistant Certificate OR 1+ year of hands-on patient-care experience OR an equivalent mix of training and experience
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, service, and making people feel cared for
  • Warm, polished communication — in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Sharp attention to detail and the instinct to anticipate before being asked
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, basic math, and safe venipuncture technique
  • Bilingual English/Spanish? Big plus — but not required

Why Join MyCare Concierge?
Because we believe healthcare should feel less like a waiting room and more like being welcomed home. We're building a team that takes as much pride in how care is delivered as what care is delivered — and we want people who feel the same way.
If you're ready to bring your clinical skills and your service-first heart to a role that truly values both, we'd love to meet you.
Apply today and help us redefine what exceptional healthcare feels like.
