Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide computer, hardware, and software support to employees.
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair desktop and laptop computers.
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and related peripherals.
- Offer support for personal computer hardware and software, including installation of attendant software.
- Investigate employee information, network, and communication needs.
- Recommend hardware and software purchases based on employee and business requirements.
- Maintain customer/solution ownership with a focus on excellence and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team and share technical knowledge.
- Communicate clearly with end users, both in writing and verbally.
- Translate user and business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Apply basic knowledge of IT standards related to computers, printers, network technology, drivers, VPNs, RSA, and VTC.
- Demonstrate comprehensive troubleshooting skills for standard industry hardware and software products.
- Meet education requirements: Associate degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
