Batch Maker – 1st Shift

Alsip, IL

$22/hour

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring a Batch Maker for our valued client in the Alsip area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow formulas and standardized work instructions

  • Operate mixers safely and efficiently

  • Ensure proper material identification and lot traceability

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

  • Complete required paperwork accurately

  • Follow all safety and training requirements

  • Work independently while supporting team goals

Level 1 Batch Maker (Advanced)

  • Inspect and approve formulations

  • Successfully batch all formulas on all mixers

  • Serve as a designatedbuddytrainer

  • Troubleshoot and prevent batch deviations

  • Assist with PIT operations as assigned

  • Expert knowledge of multiple mixers/product groups

Qualifications

  • Strong communicationskills

  • Positive, can-do attitude

  • Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

  • Professional and team-oriented mindset

  • Able to work cross-functionally with other departments

Education & Experience
