About the Role:

The Assistant Community Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the leasing, management and operations of residential communities. This position is responsible for enhancing the living experience of residents by ensuring that their needs are met and that the community is well-maintained. The Assistant Community Manager will work closely with the Community Manager to implement community programs, handle resident inquiries, and assist in the leasing process. Additionally, this role involves maintaining positive relationships with residents and addressing any concerns that may arise. Ultimately, the Assistant Community Manager contributes to creating a vibrant and welcoming community environment that fosters resident satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in apartment community (leasing or assistant).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience with Real Page (OneSite and Knock) software.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the leasing process by conducting property tours and processing applications.
  • Assist the Community Manager in daily operations and management of the property.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and participate in community events and activities to enhance resident engagement.
