Job description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant to support a high-level agent in our Comedy department. This position provides general administrative and editorial support to the agent by managing the agent's calendar, email, and phones, and handling a variety of client oriented business.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all professional administrative matters including answering the phone, scheduling meetings and calls internally and externally and keeping the calendar updated and organized.
  • Ensure clients are handled appropriately.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports.

Related Work Experience:

  • Previous full-time administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of work experience in comedy.

  • Must be self-confident and diligent.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care, follow-through, and follow up.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
