We are seeking a passionate and eager-to-learn Associate Producer to assist with the management of The Volume's network of YouTube channels with a specific focus on entertainment and comedy. - Produce dynamic YouTube thumbnails for a large digital audience
- Write captivating titles and descriptions to drive viewership to Volume show content
- Edit full show episodes and breakout segments for quick turnaround for YouTube and daily population of the channel
- Edit vertical short-form content for distribution across social platforms
- Potentially act as fill-in for lead producer if shooting or editing is needed
- Curate and maintain YouTube shorts and community pages
- Work in coordination with show producers and digital department leads to craft channel strategy and style
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with a focus on Premiere Pro and Photoshop is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all work produced
- Ability to shoot an interview is preferred
- Reality TV and pop-culture knowledge required
