Weekend & Shift Differential

Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor on night shift for our long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility.

Job responsibilities for our Registered Nurse Supervisors include but are not limited to the following:

-Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.

-Administer medications and document therapeutic effects

-Assist with resident comfort

-Direct the day-to-day functions of the CNA's in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility.

-Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies as may be requested.

-Interpret the department's policies and procedures to personnel, residents, and visitors, and government agencies as required.

-Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.

-Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.

-Report all discrepancies noted concerning physician's orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the DON.

Registered Nurse (RN) Skills:

-Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License

-Up to date CPR certification

-Willingness to work weekends and holidays

-Exceptional staff training and customer service skills

-Compassionate and friendly demeanor
