Job Summary
The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in developing and maintaining a positive, competitive, and student-centered athletic program that aligns with the school's mission and values. This position assists with planning and conducting practices, supervising student-athletes, supporting skill development, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and helping ensure the safety and well-being of students during practices, competitions, and team activities. The Assistant Coach works collaboratively with the Head Coach, athletic staff, administration, students, and families to contribute to a successful athletic program while maintaining compliance with school policies, league regulations, and applicable athletic governing body requirements.
