Our Gift Shop Assistant Manager supports daily operations while working closely with a small team to create a welcoming, well-run retail environment. What You'll Do
As the Gift Shop Assistant Manager, you'll support the Gift Shop Manager in day-to-day operations and serve as a visible, hands-on leader on the sales floor.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns professionally
  • Supporting training, coaching, and scheduling of gift shop team members
  • Reinforcing performance, service, and merchandising standards
  • Monitoring sales activity and supporting achievement of sales goals
  • Receiving, stocking, pricing, and displaying merchandise
  • Assisting with inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
  • Operating the POS system and following cash-handling procedures
  • Supporting loss prevention efforts
