Are you a detail-oriented clinical research professional who enjoys working directly with patients and contributing to the development of innovative therapies? Join our growing Clinical Research Clinic and play an essential role in advancing medical research while helping bring promising new treatments to patients faster.

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and patient-focused Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our collaborative research team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced investigators, nurses, and research professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment focused on the future of medicine.

Schedule

  • Monday โ€“ Friday
  • 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
  • No nights, weekends, or major holidays

What You'll Do

  • Support the day-to-day conduct of Phase Ib/IIa proof-of-concept clinical trials.
  • Screen, pre-select, consent, and schedule study participants in accordance with protocol requirements.
  • Maintain accurate source documentation, study records, and case report forms.
  • Track participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention to meet study goals.
  • Manage study supplies, laboratory kits, specimen processing, and shipment activities.
  • Perform blood draws and support laboratory processing procedures.
  • Assist with study startup and regulatory activities as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with investigators, nurses, project managers, sponsors, and study staff.
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to advancing medical research and the development of new therapies.

What We're Looking For

  • CCRC, CCRP, Medical Assistant, or Phlebotomy certification required.
  • Clinical research coordination experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in blood collection and laboratory processing procedures.
  • Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work directly with patients in a clinical setting.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing research environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
