Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
We are actively seeking several dedicated, experienced attorneys who had immigration, mergers & acquisitions, trust, or insurance law - related experiences to join our firm!

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (At least fulfill 1 job function)
  • Work on all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters independently, including but not limited to: H-1B, L-1, EB-1
  • Capable of handling business mergers & acquisitions matters
  • Familiar with Trust Law and capable of conducting related matters
  • Familiar with insurance laws & regulations, and be able to apply knowledge into cases

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide direct representation to clients and oversee the provision of all immigration legal services, including the provision of legal advice on eligibility, review of all applications prepared, and on-going case management and review;
  • Participate in trainings and work closely with staff to implement program protocols;
  • Manage paralegals and oversee client service team members;
  • Assist with community outreach and know-your-rights workshops to educate immigrant communities about forms of immigration relief.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor or above;
  • Admission to America bar;
  • Proven experience of representing clients in affirmative benefits applications to USCIS or in removal defense independently;
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills of the highest caliber;
  • Excellent written, oral, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability and experience working with diverse individuals and communities;
  • Flexible schedule and availability for occasional weekend work;
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English required
