Job description

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

The All Hose Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing administrative & accounting support to the COO & CFO and performing other clerical duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize and prioritize their work using appropriate software to ensure efficiency between departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate costs of goods and services
  • Track and record deliveries to customers
  • Distribute invoices for sales review
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Resolved customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and kind manner.
