Position Overview
Position Title: Dental Assistant
Employment Category: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (Fridays as needed)
Compensation Range: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Additional Incentives: Bonus Opportunity! Earn up to an additional $6,000 annually when monthly and annual production/collection goals are reached.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assisting: Efficiently chairside assist doctors during a variety of comprehensive and specialized dental procedures.
Advanced Technology Integration: Utilize and operate digital scanners and CEREC systems for same-day restorations and digital impressions.
Patient Care & Communication: Welcome patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, and provide clear, empathetic pre- and post-operative instructions.
Sterilization & Compliance: Prepare, break down, and thoroughly sterilize instruments and treatment rooms, strictly upholding all OSHA, CDC, and health/safety regulations.
Operations Support: Help manage accurate digital patient records, update charts, and assist the front office team with patient scheduling or tracking when necessary.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Education & Certification: Graduation from an accredited Dental Assistant program is preferred.
X-Ray Certification: Valid Radiography Certification is required.
Technical Skills: High familiarity or proficiency with dental office practice management software, digital radiography, and scanning technologies. Experience with CEREC workflow is a major plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a personable, communicative approach to patient care.
Team Synergy: A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to keep pace in an efficient, multi-doctor practice environment.
