Olentangy Modern Dental is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, dependable Dental Assistant to join our team!

We're a busy, modern general and cosmetic dental practice that takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience while creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Our team works hard, supports one another, has fun, and is always looking for ways to grow and improve.

At least 1 year of hands-on dental assisting experience is strongly preferred. We will also consider an exceptional recent graduate of an accredited dental assisting program who is motivated, confident, and ready to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

Our assistants get exposure to a wide variety of general and cosmetic dentistry, including:

  • Chairside assisting for composite restorations, crown and bridge, implants, and cosmetic procedures

  • Same-day CEREC crowns

  • iTero digital scanning and Invisalign

  • Taking high-quality digital X-rays

  • Preparing operatories and anticipating procedural needs

  • Sterilization and infection-control protocols

  • Educating patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident about their treatment

  • Maintaining accurate clinical records

  • Working alongside the rest of our team to keep the day running smoothly
