Job Purpose

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our companyโ€™s general administrative activities. The right candidate will have: Attention to detail, be a fast learner, have computer experience, reliability, and must have transportation.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Organize and schedule appointments

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Develop and maintain a filing system

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Update and maintain office policies and procedures

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide general support to visitors

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Qualifications

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
