High-End Residential Cleaning & Maintenance Technician
San Diego, CA (Oceanside, Vista, Clairemont, Central areas)
Full-Time | 40+ hours/week

$20-25/hour + tips


About the Role
We are a growing, owner-operated high-end residential cleaning and home maintenance company serving luxury homes throughout San Diego. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable individual who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a small business.


What You'll Do
Perform deep cleaning of high-end homes (4,000-10,000+ sq ft)
Service 2 homes per day depending on size and scope
Complete full-service cleaning: Floors, carpets, windows, dusting, pet hair removal Kitchens, ovens, fridges, sinks, garbage disposals Bathrooms, grout, master showers, patios
Use specialized equipment (steamers, vacuums, solar panel cleaners, etc.)
Perform ladder and rooftop work when needed
Assist with floor restoration and solar maintenance tasks
Identify and report property issues (leaks, damage, etc.) via email
Work directly with the owner initially, with opportunity for independent work over time


Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical labor daily
High attention to detail
Professional appearance (clean-cut, presentable)
Comfortable using chemicals, tools, ladders, and rooftops
Strong communication skills
Must pass background check and drug screening (including marijuana)
