  • Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
  • Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.

  • Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
  • 2+ years' of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
  • Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
  • Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc
  • Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
  • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)

Technology Requirements
This is not a traditional Sales Executive position-this is a Technology Sales Executive role. All candidates must be proficient in technology and comfortable working in a virtual, performance-driven environment.
Our team utilizes Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and various proprietary programs. Candidates must be able to:
  • Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions
  • Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background
  • Be on camera at all times during training and live presentations
  • Understand that all visual and audio interactions are recorded as part of our onboarding and training process
