Some nurses thrive when the world slows down.

At Southern Health Partners, night shift is more than passing meds and answering call lights. It’s leadership in motion. Calm in the chaos. Critical thinking when it matters most. We’re seeking a dedicated Full-Time LPN to join our team at the Cabarrus County Jail and help deliver quality care through the overnight hours.

If you’re looking for a role with stability, purpose, and a schedule that gives you stretches of time off between shifts, this opportunity delivers all three.

Job Description

As a Night Shift LPN, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, respond to medical needs, and help maintain a safe, organized healthcare environment within the facility.

You’ll work alongside a supportive healthcare team while practicing with confidence and autonomy in a structured correctional setting.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver nursing care and medication administration
  • Assess and respond to patient healthcare concerns
  • Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
  • Monitor chronic conditions and assist with treatment plans
  • Collaborate with providers and fellow nursing staff
  • Respond appropriately to emergency situations
  • Maintain professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality
