Job description

Handles administrative support to the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Purchasing Team. Maintains supplier contacts, fields team calls, and helps with all parts of the bid process for expense items. Provides support and assistance to the MRO Category Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Handle all new vendor calls and answer MRO Teamsrollover phone lines.
Maintain potential vendor list, new vendor applications, new vendor set up, new vendor credit
reports.
Maintain and help facilitate Supplier Agreements, Addenda, NDAs for MRO Department.
Prepare and assist with MRO bids, order samples, organize packets, letters, quotes, etc.
Maintain item communication with vendors (spec sheets, UOM, packaging requirements).
Place and record one off orders for cash drawer inserts, lever lock rings, etc.
Handle Uniform and Field Apparel calls/emails, reimbursements, place and record one off orders.
Prepare and maintain Field Apparel Program team member initiates and terms documentation.
