Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

About the Role

We’re seeking a Buyer I to support purchasing activities, ensure timely delivery of raw materials, and assist with production support needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with multiple internal teams, and the ability to resolve procurement-related issues quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Release and manage purchase orders for raw materials and production support items.

  • Resolve procurement, quality, invoice, and inventory issues (including SAP transactions).

  • Analyze part consumption and material characteristics to support production needs.

  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, Production, and external suppliers.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow procurement best practices.

Required Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
