  • CPR/AED Certification required
  • First Aid Certification preferred
  • CAP Certification Preferred
  • Substantial knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Track and Field
  • Ability to effectively foster the improvement of student athletes as Track and Field athletes
  • Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy

Essential Functions:
  • Plan, organize and facilitate practices
  • Oversee and manage meets
  • Assist athletes in developing Track and Field fundamentals
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department
  • Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program
