Job Description

Startup Bunker is looking to hire a Building Manager to join our team. In this position, you
must have a strong emphasis on customer service, product, and visual presentation, be
a problem solver, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit to support the Store Manager.
The successful candidate will manage the building and retain a high
performing and help guide the sales team. Through coaching, the Assistant Building Manager must motivate their team to provide superior customer service and, in turn maximize new client generation.
Job Responsibilities
Drive business result by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics and
managing expenses through lead generation management, the execution of Startup Bunker training programs.
Plans, implement, and follows up on expected tasks, and activities to ensure
goals and objectives are met.
Attracts, recruits, and retains staffs who are customer focused and demonstrate
the ability to promote a positive work environment.
Lead and coach team members to reach their fullest potential.
Evaluates and responds to performance issues fairly and consistently per our
expected practices.
Creates and reinforces a positive selling culture that focuses on building a
confident and competent team, on building a loyal customer following through
clear and positive communication.
Maintains a visually inspiring store that is compelling to customers by developing
visual decision-making skills and effective communication of our visual
standards.
Understands and imposes all company policies and procedures in a fair and
consistent manner.
Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures, including bank
deposits and securing the boutique.
Protects the physical assets of the building by conducting weekly audits, routine
cycle counts, and an annual physical inventory.
