Job description

The Building Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment. This role ensures the facility is operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations while providing a high level of service to tenants and stakeholders.
Pay: $38.00 - $40.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Monitor and maintain building automation systems (BAS/BMS)
