About the Opportunity

Kelley Kronenberg is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the Uncontested team within our Florida Mortgage Foreclosure department. This is a high-volume default practice representing national lenders, servicers, and investors throughout Florida's judicial foreclosure process. We are looking for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, portfolio-driven environment, has a strong command of Florida's uncontested foreclosure workflow, and understands the client reporting and expectations that come with servicer-driven work.

Your Responsibilities

  • Draft and review complaints, motions for default, motions for summary judgment, final judgment packages, and related pleadings
  • Prosecute uncontested matters through Florida's judicial foreclosure process, including managed mediation referrals where applicable
  • Appear at uncontested hearings, case management conferences, summary judgment hearings, and foreclosure sales
  • Review loan files, payment histories, assignments, and title work to confirm standing and conditions precedent
  • Communicate regularly with servicer clients through Black Knight/LPS, Tempo, and other client portals, meeting milestones and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to keep files moving efficiently and accurately

Required Education & Experience

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active Florida Bar License (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of Florida foreclosure experience, with a strong emphasis on uncontested/default work
  • Familiarity with LPS/Black Knight, Tempo, and other servicing and case management platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of files while meeting client deadlines and reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Perks of Working at Kelley Kronenberg

  • Competitive salary with achievable yearly bonus structure
  • Company-paid PPO health insurance + dental & vision options
  • Generous paid time off, floating holidays, and mental health days
  • 401K retirement with employer match
  • Diverse, equal, and inclusive work environment
  • Ongoing support and professional career development
  • Office perks including snacks, Friday breakfasts, and holiday events
