Location: Remote SAP Business Systems & Processes Manager - North America Reference code: 20649 The SAP Business Systems & Process Manager – North America is responsible for supporting, optimizing and improving core business systems, operational processes, and reporting capabilities across Bizerba North America. This role combines ERP system support, business process improvement, master data governance, and analytics to ensure efficient, standardized, and data-driven operations.

The position works closely with cross‐functional teams across Sales, Service, Operations and global headquarters to improve system functionality, reporting insights and operational performance. This role will function as the central coordination point for global projects across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, managing cross-regional collaboration and ensuring that project communication, planning, and coordination are effectively handled through this position. This role acts as a liaison between local and global teams to support communication, issue escalation, and resolution.

Your tasks Serve as first-level support for SAP ERP (ECC 6.0) within the SD, CS and MM modules supporting Sales, Customer Service, and Service Operations Diagnose and resolve system issues, providing timely troubleshooting and operational support Support system integration between SAP and related platforms such as SIS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Assist and drive local and global ERP initiatives and system improvement projects Perform gap analysis and requirements gathering to identify opportunities for process improvements Define, document, and implement standardized business processes across departments Identify local process deviations and support alignment with global business process standards Promote a process‐driven and continuous improvement culture across operational workflows and teams Develop and maintain cross‐functional reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other data tools Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with global reporting standards Produce ad‐hoc reports and analyses to support leadership and operational decision‐making and communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders Maintain master data integrity and compliance across SAP and related systems Manage key master data including: customer data and customer hierarchies, material and product master data, equipment and supplier master data, pricing structures and channel allocations Support data cleansing, validation, and standardization initiatives Ensure compliance with global master data governance policies and legal requirements Collaborate with sales, service, and other teams to ensure system efficiency and data accuracy Provide recommendations and expertise related to system functionality, data quality, and operational processes Your profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent foreign degree. Experience in ERP systems, business systems support, or data analytics roles (internships and relevant coursework considered). SAP ECC 6.0 (SD, CS and MM modules preferred) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power BI Advanced Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) Advanced knowledge of database structures and data querying Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills Attention to detail and data accuracy Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment Process‐oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
