Join the team at Crystal Springs Resort and spend your season in a fun, fast-paced environment while helping create a safe and exceptional guest experience!

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor swimming areas and ensure guest safety at all times
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for our guests
  • Uphold the pristine appearance of our tropical biosphere and pool areas
  • Verify guest access to ensure amenities are reserved for hotel guests
  • Provide outstanding guest service and assist guests with various needs
  • Serve as an ambassador of Crystal Springs Resort hospitality
Qualifications:
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Red Cross Lifeguard Certification preferred
    Certification classes available at the resort’s expense
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation required
