Position Overview
Ready to put your commercial HVAC coordination skills to work in a role where organization, communication, and follow-through make a real impact? All Airs Home Services is hiring a Commercial Coordinator to help keep commercial HVAC projects moving smoothly from quote to final billing and closeout. This full-time position offers competitive pay of $27โ€“$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Help commercial HVAC projects stay organized from the first quote through final billing and closeout.
  • Prepare and send quotes to contractors while keeping communication clear, timely, and professional.
  • Coordinate vendor paperwork, COIs, permits, purchase orders, materials, equipment, and project documentation.
  • Keep contractors, customers, project teams, vendors, and accounting informed so projects continue moving forward efficiently.
  • Assist with change orders, Schedules of Values, invoices, billing packages, and follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Use ServiceTitan and other tools to keep project records accurate and easy for the team to access.

Youโ€™ll Be a Great Fit If You
  • Have experience in commercial HVAC, construction coordination, project administration, or a similar fast-paced support role.
  • Understand the importance of clear quotes, accurate billing, organized documentation, and timely follow-up.
  • Stay calm and organized while managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and project details.
  • Communicate well with contractors, customers, vendors, accounting, and internal project teams.
