Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is responsible to:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.

  • Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Collect and document data on client progress.

  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

  • Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.


Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Compensation and Schedule:

  • Shifts: Full time, Part time, Flexible

  • Hours: 10 – 40 hours per week
