As part of our commitment to the whole child, we are committed to providing additional behavioral support for students.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, passionate, and ethical Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and write high-quality BIPs (behavior intervention plans); implement skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R); work closely with RBTs, classroom teachers, and instructional assistants; and develop and supervise highly individualized ABA treatment plans. Key ResponsibilitiesAssessments & Planning: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), write high-quality BIPs (behavior intervention plans), implement skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R), and develop highly individualized ABA treatment plans. Staff Supervision: Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance evaluations to RBTs/behavior technicians and SPED staff to ensure treatment integrity.Client Progress: Monitor and evaluate student progress continuously, updating treatment goals and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as needed. Family and Staff Collaboration: Provide staff and parent training, coaching, and regular updates to staff members and caregivers to ensure skill generalization across settings.Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely notes, session data, and ensure all services meet ethical compliance.QualificationsCertification: Active, unrestricted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.State Licensure: Eligible for TN LicenseEducation: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience designing ABA programs and supervising behavior technicians.Skills: Strong judgment, excellent communication and report-writing skills, and a collaborative team player mindset.
