We are seeking an individual to serve as the Service BDC Coordinator to oversee Service BDC department employees. The job duties and functions include training, overseeing Service BDC Agents on inbound and outbound call quality and performance, and daily communication with Service BDC Coordinator to maintain department standards.

  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Works well within a team environment as well as independently
  • Time management skills required - dependability
  • Familiarity with CRM / Xtime software is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Suite
  • A background in Automotive Service department
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
