Shannon Motors two area locations in Johnston and Woonsocket, RI are GROWING! As a result of continued growth and high customer demand, we have an immediate need for several additional highly motivated individuals to add to our SALES team. As a valued Sales Consultant with us, you will greet our customers & assist them in finding & purchasing the right vehicle for them.

If you possess PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE in ANY Industry, we want to talk to you!

What We Offer:

• Earn from $60,200 to $130,600+/yr (based on experience/skill)

• $1,000/week Training Pay during the 2 Week Training Period

• BASE + COMMISSION + BONUSES!

What You Will Do:

• Help customers find the right vehicle

• Work incoming leads and showroom traffic

• Follow up by phone, text, email, and in person

• Seek customer referrals

• Deliver a great customer experience

• Learn a proven sales process with hands-on training

What We Seek:

• SALES experience in ANY industry preferred-auto, retail or other face to face sales experience

• Experience selling a service, program, loans or financing is a plus

• High-energy and self motivated

• Strong customer service skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Strong communication and people skills

• Dependable, professional, and coachable mindset

• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email

• Well-groomed, professional appearance
