  • Manage incidents, service requests and system issues by troubleshooting problems, assessing requirements, implementing approved corrective actions and escalating complex or high-risk matters as appropriate.
  • Maintain ESS configurations, user access, inventories, technical records and controlled documentation repositories to support effective lifecycle, configuration and information management.
  • Assess and coordinate requests affecting ESS systems, services, processes and procedures by gathering requirements, evaluating options and impacts, and preparing recommendations for review and approval.

You bring experience supporting and troubleshooting physical security systems, including access control, video management systems, and related technologies. You are confident assessing technical issues, identifying practical solutions, and determining when escalation is required.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, you can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to established security, governance, and change-management practices. You exercise sound judgment and are comfortable navigating operational, technical, and security-related challenges in a dynamic environment.

You are a skilled communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and build productive working relationships with colleagues, service providers, and stakeholders. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to gather and interpret information, identify trends and risks, evaluate options, and develop evidence-based recommendations.

You also bring experience supporting planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a commitment to service excellence, accountability, and high-quality outcomes.

Nice-to-have
