Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Las Vegas Lending Team. This role will ensure that critical support tasks are resolved with the appropriate level of attention and care. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up materials.
  • Schedule, plan and execute various events, ensuring all logistics are managed seamlessly.
  • Prepare invoices and expense reports for processing.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
  • Manage office supplies.
  • Act as a liaison between the lending team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate the needs of the lending team and proactively address potential issues before they arise.
  • Provide support to Marketing as needed.
  • As needed, process customer transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adherence to internal controls and procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns by researching and identifying positive solutions.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Candidate MUST have prior bank operations experience AND at least 6 months of cash handling/POS experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong problem solving skills/solutions-oriented.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • A positive attitude, a passion for serving others, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong follow-through on tasks and projects.
