Guardian Savings Bank is looking for a highly motivated professional to work in our Savings department as an Assistant Branch Manager at our Fort Wright, KY branch. In this role, you will review oversee the efficient operation of the branch to ensure all operational functions are completely and properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of trust, service, security and satisfaction to customer and staff. Your duties of the assistant bank branch manager are contingent on the scope of the services that are offered at the facility. If you have a passion for helping others, great communication skills, a positive attitude, a competitive spirit and a desire to be part of a growing team, we would love to hear from you.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma, required; Associates degree and equivalent industry experience in related field, preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the branch, preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferred
  • Excellent math and accounting skills, preferred
  • Excellent personal and professional leadership skills, preferred
  • Understanding of banking regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation, preferred
  • Ability to perform various banking procedures and operations, preferred
