The Seasonal Senior Associate Producer plays a significant role in editorial execution, contributing to story development, editing, and field production. This position supports Producers by independently managing assigned segments and components of larger projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently research, log, and organize footage across multiple projects using Avid Media Composer and NFL proprietary software.
  • Leads operations on one or more projects when appropriate
  • Contributes to story structure, outlines, and editorial planning.
  • Edits segments and assembles with minimal supervision.
  • Drafts scripts, narration copy, and production notes.
  • Ensures accuracy and editorial quality throughout post-production and editorial workflow.
  • Demonstrates a strong foundation in assistant editor duties, footage logging, project organization and go-to resource for footage library.
  • Participate in creative discussions and pitches ideas.
  • Supports field production, including directing interviews when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in film, television, media, communications, creative writing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant production or associate producer experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Avid Media Composer and/or comparable editing platforms.
  • Demonstrated storytelling skills and editorial judgment.
  • Strong knowledge of professional football and sports media.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Travel

  • Occasional travel for production needs.
