Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

• Answering phones

• Overseeing service orders and flow of the Drive Lane

• Distributing the work between technicians in an efficient manner

• Maintaining the highest level of Customer Service with prompt, courteous & professional service

• Answering customer questions regarding their vehicle's problems or service, warranty and repairs

What We Seek:

• Prior Dealership Service Advisor Experience is REQUIRED

• Great Customer Service Skills 

• Sales Skills are a PLUS (very helpful with upselling services)

• Great People Skills (friendly, ability to build good rapport w/ customers)

• Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written

• Good Computer Skills

• Tekion Software familiarity/experience is a HUGE PLUS

• Must be Reliable, Dependable, and Punctual
