Job Responsibilities
  • Participate inoperations/departmental planning
  • Create annual budgets
  • Reconcile daily parts invoices
  • Track the daily gross salesof parts department
  • Reconcile and reportshortages and/or damage
  • Reconcile parts/warrantyreturn reports
  • Provide on-the-job trainingfor parts department staff
  • Compile and analyze monthlymanagement reports
  • Maintain tight control overparts inventory
  • Ensure the quality ofcustomer service provided by parts department
  • Coordinate parts marketing
  • Calculate and submitmonthly obsolescence reports
  • Hold weekly department meetings
  • Attend weekly manager meetings

Requirements
Educationand/or Experience
  • HighSchool diploma
