Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer or an inexperienced hard worker, willing to learn and show up on-time, to join our team. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Fence Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction and reports directly to our Foreman.

Role Summary

Execute the day plan: set posts, build fence sections, keep the site safe and clean, and hit throughput targets. Hands-on role with growth to Lead Installer.

What You’ll Do

  • Load, stage, and move materials; dig holes; mix/pour concrete
  • Set posts (plumb/line), install rails/pickets/panels, stretch chain-link, hang gates
  • Operate hand/power tools; assist with skid-steer/auger (as trained)
  • Site cleanup, photo docs, and punch items same day
  • Follow JHAs/SOPs; respect utilities/811 markouts and customer property

Must-Haves

  • Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license (insurable preferred)
  • Lift/carry up to 80 lbs; work outdoors in Texas heat/cold
  • Basic tool skills (drill, saw, level, tape); teamwork and coachability
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Completed the following level of education: High School Diploma
  • Plus: OSHA-10, bilingual English/Spanish, chain-link/iron experience
