Job Description:
Pro Injury Solutions is seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our chiropractic office team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to our patients. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and check patients in and out efficiently
  • Provide translation assistance for patients as needed
  • Send and track referrals to other healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist with general front office duties and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (required; English and Spanish preferred)
  • Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus
