  • Utilize OEM diagnostic software and electronic service information.
  • Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
  • Perform operational checks and road tests when authorized.
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate findings with Service Advisors and customers.
  • Assist Apprentice Technicians while continuing to develop your own technical expertise.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 2โ€“5 years of diesel, heavy truck, automotive, or heavy equipment repair experience.
  • Can independently perform preventative maintenance and most routine repairs.
  • Has strong mechanical aptitude and developing diagnostic skills.
  • Takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Has a valid driver's license (CDL is a plus or willingness to obtain).
  • ASE certifications and OEM training are a plusโ€”but we're committed to helping you continue your professional development.

Why RWC Group?

  • Competitive hourly pay with performance incentives
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Paid manufacturer and OEM technical training
