The Drain King in Stratford, CT is hiring for a full-time entry-level Plumbing Apprentice to go out on location with our experienced plumbers and assist them while learning how to service and repair residential plumbing issues. This entry-level apprenticeship comes with a competitive wage of $12-$18/hour based on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING APPRENTICE


As a Plumbing Apprentice, you are eager to learn! You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at The Drain King. You go out in the field and assist our experienced plumbers in servicing our clients' homes. As you assist them, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with clients to how to properly service plumbing systems and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING APPRENTICE


  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Some plumbing experience is preferred, but not required. We will train you! Do you have a positive, can-do attitude? Are you motivated to learn a real trade? Can you see yourself as the best plumber in town? Do you like the idea of doing hands-on work in a variety of locations? Are you customer service-oriented? Do you present yourself professionally?
