Job description

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative and apparel design teams in developing innovative graphics, prints, and visual concepts for clothing and accessories. This role involves creating trend-driven artwork, preparing production-ready files, and maintaining brand consistency across all apparel categories.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design apparel graphics, including logos, illustrations, icons, badges, labels, and themed artwork.
  • Develop placement prints, all-over prints (AOPs), patterns, and creative layouts for various garment types.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork, including color separations, scaling, formatting, and print specifications.
  • Create mockups to visualize designs on T-shirts, hoodies, denim, and accessories.
  • Participate in trend research, gathering inspiration for seasonal themes, colors, and market direction.
  • Assist senior designers in creating mood boards, concept decks, and collection presentations.
  • Create digital marketing assets including email graphics, website banners, and Instagram stories.
  • Crop, resize, and lightly retouch product photography for e-commerce and digital use.
  • Collaborate with the product development, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure print accuracy.
  • Maintain organized design files, libraries, and style guides.
  • Support the team with edits, revisions, and updates based on feedback.
  • Follow brand identity standards to ensure consistency across all design outputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
  • Ability to create vector graphics and manipulate raster images.
  • Understanding of screen print, embroidery, DTG, sublimation, and other garment embellishment techniques.
  • Knowledge of pattern repeats and textile print development.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field (preferred).
