Job description

Overview:

Joining our Technical Services Team means helping create fun and memorable experiences for millions of guests each season.

As a Seasonal Technical Services Electronics Technician, you'll help maintain and repair the electronic systems that keep the park running. This includes audio and video equipment, telephones, arcade games, animatronics, digital displays, and other electronic equipment throughout the park.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic equipment throughout the park.
  • Maintain audio systems, speakers, televisions, monitors, and digital displays.
  • Support telephone and communication systems.
  • Repair and maintain arcade games and other interactive attractions.
  • Assist with maintaining animatronics and show equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to help keep equipment operating properly.
  • Record completed work using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical training or coursework in Electronics, Audio/Visual Technology, Electrical Technology, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support park operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with audio/visual equipment, arcade games, or low-voltage electronics.
  • Experience with animatronics, entertainment technology, or similar equipment.
