What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installation Technician, you'll work alongside experienced installers to install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential homes while learning the skills needed to become an independent HVAC professional. You'll assist with equipment installations, prepare materials and tools, help fabricate and install ductwork, support system start-ups, and maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.

You'll learn proper installation procedures, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices while developing hands-on experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, duct systems, and related HVAC equipment. You'll also interact professionally with homeowners, follow safety procedures, and contribute to delivering high-quality installations that exceed customer expectations.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable individuals with at least one year of experience in construction, mechanical work, or another skilled trade. HVAC experience is helpful but not required. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy working with their hands, and be eager to learn a rewarding trade.

Applicants should be comfortable using basic hand and power tools, reading a tape measure accurately, working on ladders, cutting and drilling common construction materials, and following written and verbal instructions. The ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds with assistance and work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential.

Successful candidates are reliable, punctual, customer-focused, and committed to developing their skills while contributing to a positive team environment.

A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
