ProSidian Seeks a Graphic Designer - Business Analysis and Training Support (Adobe) (AFRC5) [Engagement Team | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant] located: CONUS - Aurora, Colorado to provide  Sector related  Solutions for  on behalf of The Space Force.  These services are considered part of The ProSidian   Sector Group with overall focus being   for clients such as .

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Graphic Designer (Adobe) for ProSidian Consulting's engagement with the Air Force Reserve, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually engaging and impactful training content for a diverse audience of Individual Reserve (IR) Airmen clients, government staff, and stakeholders. Your creative expertise will contribute to the development and maintenance of a modern training strategy, curriculum, and course deployment on a Department of the Air Force (DAF) platform. Your work will empower IR Airmen with essential skills and knowledge to excel in their roles during wartime scenarios, ensuring that they are combat-ready and capable of meeting Air Force and Combatant Commander requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Collaborate closely with the ProSidian Engagement Team to understand the training goals and objectives, translating them into visually appealing and effective training materials.
  • Design and develop a range of training content, including animations, quizzes, tests, slides, and scenario-based training videos, to engage and educate learners.
  • Create original visual materials, illustrations, animations, and videos that effectively communicate complex concepts and procedures.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) and other graphic design tools to integrate visual elements with text and audio, enhancing the overall learning experience.
  • Ensure that the training content is tailored to the unique needs of different audiences, including IR Airmen, government staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to accurately represent technical information and ensure content accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality training materials on schedule.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, instructional design techniques, and e-learning best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the training content.
Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Graphic Designer (Adobe) (AFRC5) | Engagement Team | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant Candidates:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including animations, visual materials, and multimedia content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual communication, and user-centered design.
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visual representations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Skills / Abilities / Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in creating training or educational content.
  • Previous experience working with government agencies, particularly the Department of Defense or Air Force, is a plus.

Skills Required

  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Competencies Required

  • U.S.  Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
